Our services include:
Conventional stucco installation (the application of sand and cement to an indoor or outdoor wall)
We can apply stucco to ICF/wood foundations, by first attaching a metal frame with fasteners
Patching Cracked/Broken Stucco: We use a special mortar blend to patch in the area where it is needed, to match the existing stucco. For repairing cracks in your stucco, we use a special caulking for concrete that expands 10x, and then we paint to match.
EIFS (exterior finishing insulation systems) We apply foam, mesh and a basecoat finish coat of the desired colour to the whole exterior of your home. This will greatly increase its R value. The higher the R-value, the more effective insulation will be at reducing heat transfer through walls, floors, and ceilings. With EIFS you can reduce your home energy demands while living in a comfortable home year-round.

Parging Services
Parging a foundation is the application of a cement-based or acrylic-based coating to seal and weatherproof the foundation of a home or building. We take great care in preparation of the substrate so there are no issues of cracking/breaking, especially when applied to concrete. We use muriatic acid to clean and etch the concrete before stucco is applied.
